Reception is at the entrance to our cottage at the top of the caravan park. As this is our home, please knock or ring the doorbell and we will come to the door as soon as possible. We cannot always be available at the cottage due to duties around the park, our farm and family commitments etc. however, the doorbell also connects to Mark’s phone. Alternatively, please call us on our mobile numbers shown above.
Please make sure everyone staying with you has read and understood our Site Rules and what is expected of them. Anyone not complying with these rules may be asked to leave.
Arrival and Departure Times
Caravan arrival times 3pm – 7pm
Bunkhouse arrival times 4pm – 7pm
Departure – Before 10am. Please help us by keeping to this time as housekeeping have a strict schedule.
Noise – We request no loud music at any time. Quiet time is between 10.30pm and 8am and during these hours we ask for noise levels to be at a minimum.
Children must not be left unaccompanied. Please ensure an adult responsible for them is present either in your accommodation or around the park or outside area
Pets – Bunkhouse - Dogs are not permitted. Caravan - Dogs should always be on a lead or tether when around the site and only exercised off site. Please pick up any accidents immediately. Spare poo bags are available at the cottage should you need them. Do not allow your pet on the furniture or bedding provided for your comfort. Please remember your pets bed, bowl and toys so they feel at home on their holiday too.
Smoking / Vaping - Please respect our no smoking/vaping policy inside your accommodation or any facilities buildings.
Community - When exploring and enjoying your surroundings, please be respectful of our community and those living here.
When leaving the property - Please turn off all lights and appliances and ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Cleaning and Waste - Please wash all dishes and dispose of rubbish in the external bins. Bunkhouse – Please leave bagged waste in the bin provided in the back yard. Recycling can be left in the bags provided in the kitchen. Caravan - Large commercial bins are near the cottage at the top of the park. All waste can be placed in these bins as our waste management provider removes recyclable materials after collection. If you prefer to separate your recycling, please leave in the kitchen area and we will send this with our own.
Breakages - Please take care and be respectful of our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. Accidents happen, should anything be broken or damaged please replace during your stay. If this is not possible, please leave a note for the housekeeper and include how you intend to make good any damage or contact us on our mobiles so we can arrange a replacement.
On Departure In addition to the notes on leaving the property and cleaning and waste, please also: Caravan – please turn the boiler to off. Bunkhouse – Please turn the heating thermostat to 10 degrees when leaving the property. Please leave your key in the lockbox for housekeeping to collect.
